01. About the project

Concept

"Hireup" is a platform where all your information: BIO, CV, and Portfolio will be gathered, which you can just simply send to the employer, where you get instant response from employer and also a place where companies could easily search for new employees.

Project goals

01

EASY TO USE

Linkedin is already too complicated, with all its posts, connections, and tons of confusing and unnecessary features.

02

CENTRALISED PLATFORM

03

TIME ECONOMY

When applying for a job opening, is it better to send a Behance portfolio or dribble. On dribble, if you don't have an invite you are only able to upload one shot per project, and then you should link the full project in the description.

You have to wait for the HR manager in order to know whether or not they considering your position. Usually, you don't get the answer and I think we all agree that waiting for almost a month is frustrating.

02. Competitive analysis

06. Conclusion

Learnings

This was my first ever app design project and after that, it made me realize it was the thing that I wanted to do for the rest of my life. But there were big obstacles ahead of me. I did not know even the fundamentals of UI/UX and after learning them, I started redesigning the project. This project was one of the biggest milestones of my life, throughout the project I learned the importance of user research, competitive analysis, wireframes, prototyping and etc.
